Madeleine Horbury-Wood

Before CQU, I studied at UQ. I struggled to find a career that I felt I would enjoy for a whole career but learnt many valuable things during my time searching.

Since graduation with my Bachelor of Medical Imaging, I have been working as a radiographer gaining experience in many modalities and working towards training in new areas. My job includes taking diagnostic images in x-ray, CT and BMD and assisting in MRI and ultrasound scans.

My degree was an essential component required for the job and provided a foundational knowledge for the work.
