I am a service desk analyst working for a major fashion and homewares retail department store chain in Australia. My job is to support software asset management (SAM) across all stores nationwide. I use tools such as Service Now and MobiControl to identify problems and troubleshoot remotely for colleagues across the business.
There were ups and downs after my graduation but the knowledge I gained from my studies helped me to achieve my goals and really helped me to get a good job.
