Learn strategies to manage personal stress by developing, implementing and evaluating your stress management plan in order to undertake your role efficiently while looking after your self-care.

This online micro-credential describes the skills and knowledge required to maintain health and well-being by preventing and managing personal stress. The micro-credential applies to staff in a range of health and community settings, in particular, work roles that operate in high-stress situations and circumstances.

This is a non-creditable micro-credential which is awarded a digital badge and Certificate of Completion which can be shared to your social networks and displayed in your professional portfolio.

There are no specific entry requirements, however, students enrolling in this micro-credential should work in the healthcare profession.
