Developing Corporate Health and Workplace Wellness Programs - PDC56505
This online Short Course will provide guidelines for the health and fitness professional to work with corporate groups to facilitate health and wellness programs, and team building activities with their employees. The course will provide recommended pre-screening, program adaptation, and modification for employees with specific needs. A risk management tool and examples of team building activities are outlined as well as recommendations for gaining participation and tracking results to evaluate the program.

- Describe the principles of design of health and wellness programs for diverse groups
- Identify mechanisms to meet corporate group goals for general health and fitness programs
- Identify individual and group activities to undertake in a corporate health program
- Outline mechanisms to assess, measure and report on team progress over time in corporate health programs.
