It can be difficult and stressful to provide professional care to clients who may cause harm to themselves, the worker and/or others. Learning common purposes and triggers associated with aggressive behaviour, and practical tips and strategies to help deal with challenging behaviours while maintaining positive relationships may help you to succeed in this area. Students will also learn some practical tips and strategies to help deal with challenging behaviours and maintaining positive relationships.
