The ITD Service Centre provides CQUniversity students and staff with technical support and assistance.

Information to have ready - When contacting the ITD Service Centre, please provide as much detail as possible describing your situation:

  • Your full name
  • Student number
  • Contact details including a telephone number and email address
  • A description of the issue and any error messages that are displayed
    Where possible, students and staff are encouraged to attach a screen shot. 

Log your IT Requests Online

The IT Service Desk Online (http://itservicedesk.cqu.edu.au) is a web-based program that enables students and staff to log their IT service requests and enquiries with the ITD Service Centre. Once you submit an IT request, a reference number will be sent to your CQUniversity student or staff email account.

IT Support at each Campus

When on campus, students and staff can dial extension 9233 to contact the ITD Service Centre for immediate IT support. 

Rockhampton Campus - IT support is available at the Library reception from 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday. This is located on the ground floor of building 10.

Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sydney and Melbourne Campuses - IT Helpdesk staff are available at each of these campuses.
