CQUniversity both on its own and together with a contracted service provider, RemServ, offers salary packaging to eligible employees. Salary Packaging is an arrangement where the employee agrees to forgo part of their remuneration in return for benefits provided by the University. Salary Packaging offers flexibility to suit individual lifestyle choices.

Eligible staff are able to salary sacrifice additional superannuation. This is administered by the Superannuation Officer within the People and Culture Directorate.

RemServ, a Queensland based market leader in the provision of salary packaging services, has been contracted to provide a "menu" of approved salary packaging items to eleigible employees. Included in these approved items are benefits such as novated lease motor vehicles, laptops, and gym membership.
Information regarding the benefits available can be downloaded from the RemServ website in the form of an employee information booklet. Application forms can also be downloaded from the RemServ website.
