Attempt to resolve the matter informally with the staff member concerned. If this does not work, visit Student Feedback – Compliments and Complains webpage for information about the complaints process and to submit the Complaints eForm.
Complete the complaint form, make a copy (screenshot) for your records, and hit "Submit".
If this still does not resolve your concerns, e-mail email@example.com attaching the screenshot.
In the first instance, you should attempt to redress your concerns with the agency involved. If you are still left with unresolved grievances after that, you can email the contact point for the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Student Experience and Governance Division, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
