Go to the Glossary, find the word or phrase, and click on it.
Use CQUniAnswers on the University home page, or go to Student Forms website and click on the form you need.
Attempt to resolve the matter informally with the staff member concerned. If this does not work, visit Student Feedback – Compliments and Complains webpage for information about the complaints process and to submit the Complaints eForm.
Complete the complaint form, make a copy (screenshot) for your records, and hit "Submit".
If this still does not resolve your concerns, e-mail student-ombudsman@cqu.edu.au attaching the screenshot.
In the first instance, you should attempt to redress your concerns with the agency involved. If you are still left with unresolved grievances after that, you can email the contact point for the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Student Experience and Governance Division, at j.perry@cqu.edu.au.

You may seek external redress of your concerns through one of the agencies listed on the External Help webpage. The Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission and/or the Queensland State Ombudsman may be able to offer you assistance and support in addressing your concerns.
