CQUni Bundaberg Gym

The CQUni Bundaberg Gym offers a range of free weights, machines and resistance equipment for muscle conditioning. A diverse selection of cardiovascular equipment is also available - such as treadmills, steppers, rowers and ergonomic cycles - for fitness conditioning.

Our friendly trainer is available in the gym from 11:00 am -1:00 pm on Tuesday and Thursday. Individual programs can be prepared to target your requirements including weight loss and weight gain, injury prevention and rehabilitation, general fitness, and lifestyle programs.

Commencing in 2020, two group training sessions will be held weekly on the Bundaberg Campus. These include a Pilates session and High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) session. All students and staff that have completed inductions are welcome to attend.

Location: Between Building 5 and Building 12 (The Crash Lab).
Open: 24/7 for all students and staff with an after-hours access card.

To receive an after-hours access card for the gym you will need to complete an induction and have your card allocated to you by the reception staff in Building 1. Inductions can also be completed on Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00 am – 11:00 am.
