Completing your enrolment
The MyCQU Student Portal is your personalised gateway to all the advice, services, and resources you will need to stay organised and feel supported throughout your study journey. Features like the checklist, calendar, notifications, and article collections will have you feeling more prepared, engaged, supported, and confident.
The MyCQU Checklist is your personalised, virtual guide to getting started and staying organized while studying at CQUniversity. Available from MyCQU on all devices, the checklist will help you to complete important tasks like:
- enrolling in units
- paying fees, and
- arranging a Student ID Card.
Access is easy – no need to download, just head to MyCQU on any device and log in using your Student ID and password.
To save MyCQU to your home screen on your mobile device, just tap the ‘share’ icon in Safari browser for Apple devices or tap the three vertical dots in Chrome browser for Android devices and select ‘Add to Home Screen’.
The MyCQU icon will then be available from the home screen of your mobile device.
Enrolling online
Many of our undergraduate and postgraduate courses allow students to enrol online with MyCQU. If you have accepted a place in a course that doesn’t allow this, it will be clearly stated in your offer of admission.
It’s important to read your offer carefully and print or save it in a safe place. If your offer directs you to MyCQU, visit the MyCQU Checklist from the Today view, to learn about fees and HELP forms, planning and enrolling, and Orientation Online.
