Tuition Fees

If your Fee Type is listed as 'HE-Domestic PG and RSCH', you are required to pay tuition fees. These must be paid by the Census date each term. It’s important to note that if you don’t pay your fees before this date, you will be unable to access Moodle and all associated study and assessment materials, and your enrolment may be cancelled in accordance with the University’s Collections Policy and Procedure. Census dates can be found in the Key Dates section of the CQUni Handbook. For assistance making an upfront payment, please visit the How to Make a Payment instruction sheet.

FEE-HELP

If you are an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or the holder of a permanent visa, you may be eligible to access FEE-HELP to defer all or part of your tuition fees. In order to access FEE-HELP, eligible students must supply their Tax File Number on the Request for FEE-HELP loan before the Census date for that term. To complete a Request for FEE-HELP loan, please visit the Forms section in MyCentre. To determine your eligibility and for further information, please visit the FEE-HELP page.

Student Services and Amenities Fee

A compulsory Student Services and Amenities Fee (SSAF) is charged for two terms per academic year, to fund and improve services of a non-academic nature. This fee is payable by all students in award courses, e.g. Bachelor of Business, Graduate Diploma of Maintenance Management, and Doctor of Philosophy. The due date for payment is the Census date of each term. Census dates can be found in the Key Dates section of the CQUni Handbook. All fees will be detailed on your fee notice available in MyCentre. For assistance making an upfront payment, please visit the How to Make a Payment instruction sheet.

SA-HELP

If you are eligible, you may submit a Request for SA-HELP assistance to defer your SSAF each term. This can be found in the Forms section in MyCentre. For help completing this form, please visit the Submit a Request for SA-HELP Assistance Form instruction sheet. This form is not mandatory, meaning you do not need to complete it if you intend to pay your SSAF upfront. However, if you do not submit a form before the Census date, the outstanding fee for that term cannot be deferred as a HELP debt. If you do not complete a form and you do not make an upfront payment before the Census date, the outstanding fee will be classed as an unpaid debt in accordance with the University's Collections Policy and Procedure.

To determine your eligibility for SA-HELP and for further information, please visit the Student Services and Amenities Fee page.
