Lou Warwick

Lou has previously been a nurse, however after suffering a workplace injury in 2017, she was unable to continue her nursing career. She decided to pursue her interest in and affinity for the construction industry by enrolling in a Bachelor of Building Design. She really enjoyed her studies and the course material, maintaining a Distinction grade average.

At the end of her Bachelor degree, Lou realised that she needed extra workplace experience, along with deeper skills in computer-aided design (CAD) in order to get roles that work with her injury limitations. Lou then enrolled in a Bachelor of Building Surveying and Certification (Honours) program, to get the extended qualifications that will suit her situation the best, and enable her to meet her career goals of contracting her services to industry.
