Kristy Darnborough

Although Kristy enjoyed her role as a counsellor, being in a clinical facing position she wanted more experience in the "business side" of it, especially around innovation and project design. Kristy chose CQUniversity’s hyperflexible MBA program to fit in with her lifestyle.

Kristy currently works as the branch manager and counsellor at Relationships Australia. Kristy’s degree has opened more opportunities for career growth and widened her areas of expertise. After completing her studies, Kristy was offered a secondment position writing policies and procedures and designing training. She also implemented the National Child Safety Principles throughout the organisation for all staff.
