Joshua Corbett

Before starting his paramedic degree at CQUniversity, Joshua worked in various health industry roles, going from sports trainer and first responder to industrial and remote health clinician. He had also completed an undergraduate degree in mineral geoscience and postgraduate degrees in counselling.

Since finishing his most recent paramedic qualification, Joshua has worked at numerous events, including being an event medical controller at the Royal Canberra Show, a medical intervention car driver and a clinician at Supercars, an extrication clinician at F1, and a clinical team leader at multiple other major motorsport incidents. His duties involve providing paramedical coverage at a range of events, primarily in motorsport.

Joshua’s degree has furthered his clinical scope, and he is hoping it will eventually lead to a position with a statutory service.
