Harjot is a Product Support Manager at Bay Technologies and joined the company in 2016. He became a Service Desk Coordinator within two years at the company.
Running the Managed Service Desk involves managing a team of service desk technicians, setting goals and KPI's, meeting customer Service-Level Agreements, visiting customers all over Australia, client relationship management, producing reports and internal and external training.
Harjot’s professional achievements include rolling out a new Service Desk ticketing system at Bay Technologies, a 250% increase in Managed Service Customers, as well as managing several projects with Brisbane City Council and the Queensland Government.
As an international student, Harjot enjoyed the relaxed and welcoming environment of CQUni. Additionally, he felt the staff and resources available were immensely beneficial and he enjoyed participating in the extracurricular activities on offer.
