Elizabeth Kassab

CQUniversity played a pivotal role in getting me to where I am today, as Assistant Dean of the Faculty of Business at Université Antonine in Beirut, Lebanon.  My degree has allowed me to pursue and achieve a great career in a patriarchal society. I am currently a leader in the Faculty, creating new courses, syllabi, supervising Masters students thesis and supporting the young females of today. I was also awarded instructor of the year in 2013, the first distinguished award given by the University.

Believe in yourself and your capabilities. No two people are the same and your education is your asset that you take with you wherever you go. Investing in yourself is the key to your future. The more you self-invest, the more enriched you become and the more employable you are.  It is important to stay focused and network with people around you, the community and stakeholders.

Studying at CQU is the right choice, without them, I wouldn't be where I am today.
