Denise Fordham

Denise is currently a Construction Manager at Joncol Building Services, a business specialising in home renovations and extensions. She works at the business level forecasting, planning, mapping out resources and managing the construction side of the business.

Denise has had a long career relating to property, working for large and small builders and a real estate agency. Prior to completing her degree, the focus of her roles were more administration based, and she was itching to have an impact on site.

Since completing a degree in Building Design, she has deepened her construction and design knowledge which has allowed her to progress through as a Project Manager and now Construction Manager.

Denise’s degree has increased her knowledge of the 'how' and, possibly more importantly, the 'why'. It's given her more confidence and taught her to work around problems if there isn't an easy or given solution.
