Cliff Horwood

Cliff is currently a Project Manager at Novoplan Trading Pty Ltd. He implements the Novoplan solution in local governments throughout Australia.

Cliff has undertaken numerous roles in project management, program management and information communication technology management in utilities, local and state government, and the private sector.

Cliff chose to attend CQUniversity straight out of high school in Bundaberg. The attraction of CQU was the opportunity to study both business and computing at the same time. Since completing his studies, he has prided himself on being business-focused and business first.
