My eQuals Explained
CQUniversity students can access digital copies of certified academic documents through the secure My eQuals platform.
My eQuals platform allows students to access and safely share certified digital copies of degrees and transcripts.
How it works
CQUniversity will be launching My eQuals in two phases. During the first phase in 2020, academic documents including testamur and transcripts will be available to students who graduated from 2019 onwards. Australian Higher Education Graduation Statements (AHEGS) and documentation from years prior to 2019 will be available in the next phase.
To access My eQuals:
- Request a digital transcript or testamur for graduating students prior to 2019
- Keep an eye on your student email account for an invitation from My eQuals
- Follow the steps in the email to sign in and access your digital awards.
Once you have formally requested digital documents, you will receive an email informing you that CQUniversity has issued your digital documents, with instructions on how to access them via My eQuals. You then have the ability to access and share these documents with anyone you choose.
Digital documents will be available to students free of charge.
Are my documents secure?
Yes, all digital documents that you receive in My eQuals are issued by CQUniversity and are authentic certified copies.
Security experts have independently tested the systems, and documents contain digital signatures that meet the legal standards set by the European Union for authentic electronic documents. This standard exceeds requirements in Australia, New Zealand, and the U.S.
