CREATE: INNOVATIONS IN EDUCATION

CREATE is a research centre at CQUniversity delivering Australia’s only comprehensive approach to new innovations in education.

Most importantly, CREATE undertakes educational research that works.

We do this partnering with a variety of disciplines and industries to deliver equitable education, training and employment pathways for a wide audience, and in particular, regional Australians.

We engage with real life learning and teaching problems through our strong links with community organisations, governments, schools, colleges, and universities.

To achieve this, equity and inclusion are at the heart of CREATE's approach to unlock new ways to access meaningful learning and teaching.  We also advance teaching through our expertise in the use of new technologies and in conducting student assessment.

CREATE's applied and experimental research impacts all sectors of education delivery internationally and nationally in regional, rural, remote communities.

Our staff include social scientists, IT specialist, engineers, applied health experts, and agriculture experts with a vested interest in regional communities because we live and work in those areas, striving to innovate and educate across the country and the education sector.
