As a CQUGlobal student, your pre-approved units will be listed on your Letter of Offer. We encourage you to have 6-8 units pre-approved as this will allow you greater flexibility when selecting your timetable.

As you can only enrol into approved units, you will require staff assistance to finalise your enrolment.

CQUGlobal Enrolment Sessions

A personalised enrolment session will be provided for you. The International Arrivals Officer from your campus will be in touch with you to arrange a time for you to meet on campus to enrol you into your units, assist you in selecting your timetable, provide you with your ID card, show you around the campus and answer any questions you may have.

Please ensure you bring your original passport and Australian contact details (address and phone number) to the enrolment session.

Please contact the Student Engagement Team if you have any questions in the lead up to enrolment.

Next Steps

Orientation

As a new international student, it is mandatory that you attend orientation. During orientation, you will be able to meet other students and key staff, receive information about support services and the University’s IT systems and have fun before you commence your studies. Please visit our Orientation page for more information about orientation on your campus.

Foundations of Academic Integrity

CQUniversity values academic honesty and integrity. As a student, we want to ensure that you understand CQUniversity’s academic expectations before you start your course. To help build your confidence and capacity, all new domestic and international students must complete the Foundations of Academic Integrity module. Upon successful completion of this module, you will be able to access your unit content.

Access to the Foundations of Academic Integrity module will be granted once you are enrolled. For more information, please refer to the list of frequently asked questions on the Student Portal.
