Orientation is generally held the week prior to the start of your admit term. As a new international student, you must attend orientation.

Enrolment

Enrolment for new students (First-time Enrolment)

As a new international student, you will be required to enrol on campus to officially commence your studies at CQUniversity. During enrolment, you will select units associated with your course of study and officially enrol in those units at the University. You must enrol prior to attending orientation.

During enrolment, you will receive your:

  • Program Plan and timetable
  • Student identification card
  • Introduction to StudentOne which you can access to manage your enrolment.
  • Orientation

What to bring for first-time enrolment

Bring the required documents to campus to ensure your enrolment runs smoothly. Remember, you must enrol in-person.

  • Passport – photocopies will not be accepted
  • Confirmation of Enrolment (COE)
  • Proof of Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) – if you have arranged your own OSHC cover, please provide a copy of your card or receipt
