I liked experiencing the various lessons and enjoyed bowling, cave adventures and more, which helped me make new friends. My favourite place was Yeppoon, I had never seen the beautiful ocean and beach – that was awesome.

If you want to make a lot of international friends, concentrate on your studies, experience real Australian life, you should go to CQUniversity Rockhampton.

Emily Lowry standing in front of the Sydney Harbour Bridge

I enjoyed getting to meet new people and explore a new place. I enjoyed having the ability to get to see Australia while gaining credits for my program at home. I am studying psychology and I most like learning about people and how the mind works.

The most beneficial part of this experience was gaining the ability to experience things by myself. I was able to travel and experience things that I wanted to do, and I gained a new sense of independence and confidence from this.
