CQUniversity Schools' Jazz Festival
Staff and students from the Bachelor of Music program ran the second annual CQUniversity Schools' Jazz Festival (CQUSJF) as a way to provide a high quality, educationally focused event for high school jazz ensembles and their directors that would help to enhance creative arts practice and publicise the tertiary music study options available to school leavers in their own 'back yard'. It was a significant community engagement event for CQUniversity within the Queensland music and arts communities.
