Course Summary

It is somewhat alarming that the general population prefer to believe that their parents and the elderly population should confine themselves to craft and gardening as opposed to enjoying sex.

It is time to dispel those social barriers and make known the truth about sexuality within the elderly population.

Upon successful completion of this course, you will be able to:

  • Articulate the principles of positive sense of sexuality as an important aspect of overall health and wellness
  • Explain social barriers imposed by the general public when considering the sexuality of seniors
  • Explain techniques to enable meaningful and interactive conversations with youth about sexual decision making
