At a glance

The Human Services Quality Standards provide a nationally consistent statement of the level of care consumers should be able to expect from community care service organisations.  This free one hour course will provide an overview of each of the six Standards and outline their relevance to the consumer, organisational service staff and other relevant stakeholders.

Course Summary

Upon completion of this course you will be able to:

  • Identify each of the 6 Standards of the Human Services Quality Standards
  • Develop an understanding of the relevance to care service providers
  • Recognise that the standards were developed to protect consumers, the workforce and organisations through specified performance indicators
