Course Summary
This short course will provide you with an introduction to basic interpretation of chest x-rays. You will identify common clinical reasons for a chest x-ray and provide a systematic approach to interpreting radiological findings. In addition, you will examine some of the more common abnormalities found on a chest x-ray.
Upon successful completion, you will be able to:
- Identify clinical symptoms that require a chest x-ray
- Apply a systematic approach for reviewing a chest x-ray
- Identify important elements of radiological findings
- Compare normal radiological findings in comparison to abnormal radiological findings.
