NACC00094 - Barber Basic – Workshops

The Barber Basics short courses are designed for people currently employed in the hairdressing or barber industry who are looking to upskill in their profession and will be learning how to create various fades, hair carving and outlining techniques. 

The workshop component of this short course series will see students put into practice the skills learnt from the Barber Basics - Look and Learn class.

Students will need to bring their own model for a short haircut at 12.15 pm and bring the following items along to the Barber Basics - Workshop class: 

  • Clippers with clipper gauges, neck trimmers
  • Razor (own choice)
  • One cutting comb
  • 2 sectioning clips
  • 1 water spray

All electrical equipment brought to the class must have current test and tag. 

The cost of this short course will be $70.00.

Entry Requirements

Students must complete NACC00093 Barber Basics - Look and Learn prior to completing NACC00094 Barber Basics - Workshop.
