The Don Perrin Environmental Bursary

Don Perrin is an icon of the Moreton Bay region and was instrumental in establishing the Redcliffe Botanic Gardens. This study grant has been established to honour his contribution to our community. Moreton Bay Regional Council offers the $2,000 study grant to assist a resident of our region with their tertiary education expenses during their first year of an environmentally-based university degree.

Eligibility Criteria

The successful applicant will:

  • Reside in the Moreton Bay Regional Council area, and
  • Have graduated from year 12 within the last two (2) years, and
  • Have accepted an offer to study an environmental-based university degree commencing in 2018.
