WA Campaign

New to WA

CQ WHO?

With one of the largest and fastest-growing footprints of any uni in the country, CQUniversity has quickly become Australia’s largest regional university. And while we’re not exactly newcomers in Western Australia (West Australians have been studying with us for years via distance education), our physical sites are. So with our much anticipated Perth campus joining our existing WA study hubs in Broome, Busselton, Geraldton and Karratha, we thought it was time to introduce ourselves properly.

A UNI THAT’S DOING THINGS DIFFERENTLY

CQUniversity Australia is unlike any other university in the country. We’re truly focused on our students’ needs, and that means responding to what, how and where they want to study. It’s why we now have 20+ locations across five states, delivering both TAFE and university level qualifications in on-campus, distance and supported distance modes. And it’s why we’ve opened Study Hubs across Western Australia and our newest campus in the heart of Perth’s CBD ready for Term 1, 2017.

CQUniversity Perth is our response to calls from local industry and existing distance education students who like our approach to education and varied range of study options. The city campus will join our existing WA Study Hubs, providing high quality service and support to our students, while also delivering industry-aligned courses in the areas of accident forensics, business, echocardiography, engineering, hospitality management, medical sonography, occupational health and safety, professional communication, and project management, with hundreds more disciplines in our renowned distance mode, plus STEPS, our hugely successful university enabling course.

We pride ourselves on providing accessible, flexible education at world-class standards. In fact, our reputation in teaching, research, knowledge transfer, international outlook, inclusiveness and distance education has helped CQUniversity rank in the top 2% of universities worldwide*. Add to this more than 300 course options, smaller class sizes and fantastic graduate outcomes (CQUni graduates outperform the majority of Australian universities when it comes to study support, graduate employment and graduate salary outcomes**) and you can see why so many West Australians have already chosen to be what they want to be with the help of Australia’s largest regional university.
