Welcome to the School of Graduate Research (SGR), we are glad that you have made the decision to pursue a research higher degree with us at CQUniversity Australia.

Research that changes lives – it’s more than just a slogan, it’s the blueprint for how we operate, we are engaged with our local communities and our applied research focuses on meeting the needs of the industries and communities we work with, making a real difference.

If recognition is what you seek, then the Excellence in Research (ERA) results show that our research results are at or above world standard in a broad range of areas, all related to the research strengths that we are working towards as a University and again, to meet the needs of our industries and communities.

You don’t need to leave home or give up your job to participate in a research higher degree with us, you can study online (from anywhere in the world), or utilise one of the many campus locations around Australia. We also have flexible entry requirements for you if you don’t meet the standard prerequisites for entry into a research higher degree, with the recent introduction of the Graduate Certificate in Research.
