Student Experience

Student Experience is CQUniversity's one-stop shop for all student information, advice and support needs.

Comprised of four teams (Student Advice & Admissions, Student Success, Student Communications, and Corporate Events & Graduation), Student Experience’s staff are ready and able to support CQUniversity students across all campus locations (including online study).

Student Advice & Admissions is home to the Student Advice Team as well as admissions staff and program advisors. They can be reached on 13 27 86 (Monday to Friday).

Student Success is home to the Student Success Advisors as well as a range of specialist staff ranging from counsellors to careers experts to scholarship advisors. These advisors can be found at all CQUniversity campuses and study centres.

Student Communications is responsible for keeping CQUniversity students in the loop of all major happenings at the university via email, social media and SMS.

Corporate Events & Graduation has oversight for all orientation activities, major student events including the annual Chancellor's Cup, and graduation ceremonies at all CQUniversity locations.
