The Performance Leadership Program

Performance-leadership-imageThe Performance Leadership Program will provide opportunities for CQUniversity upper level management, Directors and Deans to development senior leadership skills.

The Leading to Greatness Program is specifically designed for CQUniversity. It is conducted via a series of Group Sessions supported by inter-sessions 1:1 Executive Coaching, with ongoing research and reading lists accessed through the Deloitte Leadership Academy. Your Group Sessions will include CQUniversity business situational scenarios relating to the learning component of the module, enabling you to constantly work on live projects/work which will result in you increasing your productivity and effectiveness through your engagement in the process.
