Distance Education

You can study at CQUniversity from home by distance education, no matter where you live. Two-thirds of CQUniversity students are currently doing at least part of their program this way. CQUniversity is one of Australia's leading providers of distance education and the choice of programs is vast. You can enjoy a high level of personal support from the moment you apply to the day you graduate.

Most undergraduate and postgraduate degrees can be done through distance education and many research programs may be taken off-campus and even combined with your employment. The programs offered by distance education are the same and just as demanding as on-campus programs, they just vary in their delivery.

Students also have the option of mixing study modes - you might choose to do some subjects on-campus and others by distance. And we know that not all distance education students can complete a degree in the minimum specified period, so at CQUniversity you can extend the time you need to complete your course.

Any CQUniversity student can enrol in a distance education program, except international students studying in Australia. Overseas expatriates, or their spouses, who are working and living in Australia under a temporary entry visa may enrol in distance programs.
