CQUniversity and the Australian Government want international students in Australia to have a safe, enjoyable and rewarding place to study. Australia's laws promote quality education and consumer protection for international students. These laws are known as the ESOS framework.
The ESOS Act enforces quality educational standards and protects the rights of international students. The National Code provides information on these standards designed to protect international student rights and govern the delivery of CRICOS Registered programs.
CQUniversity has a range of policies that international students need to be aware of as they govern enrolment, refunds and conditions under which an enrolment may be modified or cancelled as well as avenues for complaints and appeals.
It is important that you read and understand these policies to enable you to make an informed decision on studying in Australia with CQUniversity.
