Tourism at CQUniversity

CQUniversity Australia’s Bachelor of Tourism and Bachelor of Business (Tourism) will prepare you to enter the ever expanding tourism industry. Be taught by our industry-leading academics and study a globally relevant curriculum including courses such as resort and hotel management, nature-based tourism and leisure management plus more.   In addition, you will learn key foundations of marketing and communications strategy essential to government tourism organisations.

Through our membership with international tourism organisations such as the Washington DC based Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC) and the United Nations Tourism Organisation (UNWTO), our tourism degrees provide you with cutting edge skills and knowledge to ensure you are equipped to succeed in the tourism industry both locally and internationally.  CQU's two lead tourism lecturers are also members of the 'Global Panel of Tourism Experts' appointed by the United Nations World Tourism Organisation to give strategic policy advise on international tourism issues
