Graduate Diploma of e-Learning

CQUniversity's Graduate Diploma of e-Learning has been designed to address the online learning needs of teachers and trainers in all fields of education including the K-12, Higher Education, business, industry and corporate fields.

This program is new in 2013 and integrates professional knowledge about learning and technology with practical, experience-based learning.  Successful completion of the Graduate Diploma of e-Learning will result in professionals who are able to facilitate and drive institutional learning through Information and Communications Technology (ICT) in distance, blended, and face to face learning contexts.

Entry Requirements

To be eligible for entry into the Graduate Diploma of e-Learning you must have:

-      A bachelors degree in any discipline area OR

-      A minimum Certificate IV and 3 years relevant industry training experience OR

-      A Graduate Certificate in e-Learning

Program Structure

To graduate with a Graduate Diploma of e-Learning you must complete six core courses including:

-      learning theory in the digital age

-      foundation technological knowledge

-      global learning futures

-      digital learning design

-      online collaboration for learning (not available until 2014)

-      contemporary design for authentic e-learning (not available until 2014)
