You are required to complete a total of 24 courses (subjects) which include 19 core courses and five electives.

Professional Recognition

This program is accredited by the Australian Property Institute (API). API has accredited this program with a range of professional certifications. Please visit the Australian Property Institute website for more information.Graduates may also seek registration with the Valuers Registration Board.

As a graduate of this program, if you have completed the required courses for the certifications (listed below) you will be able to apply to the API for certification after completing the required Approved Professional Experience.  Depending on the certification chosen, you may also be required to complete additional study with the API as part of the Future Property Professional (FPP) program.
