Choosing courses

USA & Canada

1 x CQUni course (6 credits) = 1 US course (3 credits) generally. A standard enrolment is 4 courses per term/semester.

Europe

Courses at European universities can vary in their credit weighting. The credit point system is called ECTS: European Credit Transfer System. Your best guideline is that 30 ECTS is a standard full time load for both undergraduate and postgraduate study. This means you should choose courses adding up to 30 ECTS (they may be 10 x 3ECTS courses or 2 x 15 ECTS courses.)

Japan & Korea

Each university has different study loads so your program will be negotiated on a case by case basis.

An appropriate program will be mapped out for you with assistance from the CQUniversity International office.
