Careers Sessions
The careers staff on Mackay, Rockhampton, Gladstone, Noosa and Bundaberg campuses host regular careers sessions. These sessions include:
- Drop-In Sessions which provide both future and current students the opportunity to ask individual career related questions. No booking required. These sessions are held in the Campus library.
- Career Planning Sessions which are designed to assist both future and current students to make career decisions in relation to occupation and program options. This session caters for students who are not sure of which program they should study or what career path is the correct one for them. Bookings essential via ssc-careers@cqu.edu.au.
- Employment Preparation Session which provides current students assistance with preparing resumes, addressing selection criteria, crafting covering letters. Students must access the employment preparation material available on CQUni CareerHub before booking for this session at ssc-careers@cqu.edu.au.
