The Rockhampton Student Residence is set in beautiful park-like surrounds and is within easy walking distance to all facilities including academic buildings, the library, food outlets and shops. Our family of resident kangaroos are often found lazing around under shady trees at the accommodation. The Sports Centre is only a short walk away and residents have free access to the 25 metre swimming pool and gymnasium.
All meals are prepared by chefs and the facilities are fully maintained and cleaned weekly. Security features include individually keyed rooms, an on-site manager and 24-hour live-in staff. The Mackay Student Residence on the Mackay CQUniversity campus is in a rapidly developing residential and shopping area. The Student Residence boasts modern facilities with rooms available in block-style accommodation, with each rooms individually keyed, air conditioned, and cleaned weekly. Residential advisors live on-site and assist in maintaining a friendly and supportive living environment. Students are able to take advantage of the new outdoor gym, walk to academic buildings, computer rooms and facilities, and attend performances at the Central Queensland Conservatorium of Music.

An accommodation facility at CQUniversity Emerald is available at the adjacent Australian Agricultural College. There are 150 single-study fully furnished bedrooms available that are serviced weekly. A common room is located in each residential block and fitted with a television, kitchenette and dial-in telephone. All meals are provided and a full laundry service is offered. Safety and security is provided through after hours supervision, safety lighting and nightly security patrols.
