To be eligible to receive The EH and FC Churchward Memorial Bursary an applicant must:
Preference will be given to students who express an interest in pursuing a career within the Sugar Cane industry, or Agriculture in genera lwithin the Bundaberg region. Applicants will be assessed based on;
"How the Bachelor of Science Program (Specialisation) at CQUniversity Bundaberg will enable me to be what I want to be"

A selection panel, consisting of representatives from The EH and FC Churchward Foundation and CQUniversity will be formed to determine the successful applicant in each instance. All applicants will be notified of the outcome of their applications as soon as possible after the selection panel sits.
