Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for this award, students must:

Be an Australian Citizen of Indigenous descent
Demonstrate academic achievement relative to life circumstances
Display a high level of motivation
Demonstrate ways in which this award will enhance future professional goals
Show potential for successful completion of a research higher degree
Demonstrate capacity to contribute to the University's research culture
Demonstrate capacity to contribute to the University's established Indigenous knowledge base

Additional Information

In addition to the stipend, successful applicants may also receive both a relocation allowance and thesis allowance, as well as a Research Support Grant. Payment of tuition fees also applies with an RTS Place for domestic recipients.
