The Bursary’s aim is to enable a high performing Bachelor of Business or Bachelor of Accounting female student from the Bundaberg region with financial support to achieve their potential.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible to receive the Bundaberg Business Women’s Network Bursary, an applicant must be:

  • Female
  • Entering into their 2nd of study in Bachelor of Business or Accounting at CQUniversity
  • Residential postcode in the Bundaberg Region (4620-4675)
  • A GPA of 5 or higher is preferable
  • Able to demonstrate the need for financial support
  • Australian citizens or permanent residents
  • Enrolled at CQUniversity at Census Date

Selection Criteria

Each Applicant will be assessed based on an application form and 500 word written statement addressing the following criteria:

  • Past Academic Achievement
  • Career Aspirations
  • The difference that financial support will make in supporting your educational goals

How do I apply?

To apply for the Bundaberg Business Women's Network Bursary:

  1. Read the Scholarship Guidelines
  2. Complete a Scholarship Application Form
  3. Ensure all  supporting documentation is completed and attached as outlined in the Scholarship Guidelines
  4. Submit your Scholarship Application to the Student Support Centre by the closing date – refer to the Scholarship Application Form for submission options

Please Note: Complete Applications must be received at the Student Support Centre, Scholarships Office by the closing date.

How will I know the outcome of my application?

Successful applicants will be contacted as soon as possible after the selection panel have made their decision.
