Lance Rundle holds a Master of International Trade
and Commerce Law, Master of Laws, Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice, Bachelor
of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce.
Lance Rundle has been a lecturer with CQUni since 2005 lecturing in Australian
Taxation Law, Corporate Law, Business Law in the Master of Professional
Accounting degree, Company and Associations Law and Introduction to Law in the
Bachelor of Business degree, and Revenue Law, Corporations Law, Criminal Law
and Alternative Dispute Resolution in the Bachelor of Laws.
He was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2005 and to the High Court of Australia. He is a practising solicitor with experience in Commercial, Civil, Corporate, Crime and Family Law.
He was the President of the Central Queensland Law
Association in 2009. From January 2010 Mr Rundle has been an executive member
of the Early Career Lawyers Committee of the Queensland Law Society and
chairperson of the Regional Lawyers Sub-Committee.
In February 2012, He published an article in the QLS Proctor on director's
duties following the Federal Court's decision in ASIC v Healy. In May 2011, he published an article in the QLS
Proctor reviewing the requirements for client costs agreements. In September
2009, he prepared an editorial in the QLS Proctor of his experience as a
solicitor in regional practice.
