    Professional Experience

    Based at CQU, Rockhampton campus, Dr Ezaz Ahmed is a Lecturer in Human Resources Management (HRM). He is a Certified Professional by the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI). Skilled academic with experience researching and teaching HRM, Business and Management courses at post-graduate/ MBA and undergraduate levels. International experience includes university lecturing and research positions in Australia, Bangladesh, Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia. Dr  Ezaz Ahmed is a trained researcher, analyst, and author/ co-author of refereed conference papers and journal articles on HRM and management issues. He is a reviewer for the Academy of Management (AoM), USA; Australia and New Zealand Academy of Management (ANZAM) and academic journals.

    Prior to Dr Ezaz's appointment with CQU, he was an academic and researcher specializing in Human Resource Management at the University of South Australia, Adelaide and at the University of Ballarat's Adelaide program (at the William Light Institute). He was also Lecturer at the School of Business in BRAC University in Bangladesh, Relationship Manager, corporate banking in a multinational bank and Research Assistant at the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), Bangladesh Office.
