Professor Donna Lee Brien
Convenor
This SIG will provide a locus for researchers at CQUniversity in these fields to work, share findings, explore opportunities and collaborate with each other and with other researchers within and outside the university, including those in related industry, professions and community contexts.
This SIG provides LTERC and CQUniversity the opportunity to maintain, develop and revitalise its research in these discipline areas and in the creative and performing arts more generally. Group members will bring not only their experience and expertise, but also their research endeavours in terms of publication outputs and grant outcomes, and supervision, to the Learning and Teaching Education Research Centre.
In alignment with CQUniversity's strategic directions in terms of learning and teaching excellence and research directions, this group brings together researchers in the creative and performing arts to explore the nexus between those fields of creative and performing arts and education, in terms of pedagogy, curriculum, (creative-)practice led research in educational contexts, and educational research.
