School Leaver

As a high school student you are faced with a number of important choices to make that will impact your future. Choosing career and the pathway that will allow you to achieve that career is one of those important decisions.

You are considered a current school leaver if you are:

• completing Year 12 in Queensland in 2011, even if you are repeating or are not OP eligible;
• an interstate year 12 student in 2011; or
• completing an International Baccalaureate (IB) in Australia.

All school leavers can lodge applications to study at a Queensland University through QTAC for all undergraduate programs. Throughout Year 12 your school should be providing information and assistance to you in regards to lodging your application.
