Research Collaboration
Research with business, industry and government is the primary platform for the University's strategic research directions and it is therefore our intention to encourage collaboration and to make that collaboration easy. Collaboration is an opportunity for the University to share its intellectual capital with the region and to collectively generate new knowledge, which means in its purest form, everyone benefits from collaborative research. As Australia's most engaged University, we aim to engage with our communities to participate in research, which will enhance our lives and lifestyles.
Our approach to collaborative research is based on making it easy for external partners to collaborate with us. To ensure this process happens promptly we, wherever possible, use standardised contracts and conduct negotiations without delay. Our aim is to get the research happening...Now.
The University has an extensive list of collaborative research partners and is always keen to expand that list. If you would like to be our next collaborative research partner, or if you want to explore how we can help you with a research project, contact us and enjoy our fresh approach to partnerships in research.
