The CQUniversity Rockhampton Book Club was established in 2012 as part of the National Year of Reading.
Membership is open to anyone with an interest in books and reading.
How can I join the Book Club?
Please complete the application form to register as a new member and return the form via email to aa-secretariat-dls@cqu.edu.au. Alternatively the form can be delivered on the evening or posted to:

When will the Book Club meet?
The Book Club meets on the third Monday of each month at 5pm for a 5:30pm start.
Where will meetings be held?
Meetings will be held at the Rockhampton Campus Library on the second floor.
Do I need to purchase the books?
Members are free to borrow books from the CQUniversity Library in Rockhampton. However the number of copies may be limited. Community members will need to join the Library to borrow.

The Rockhampton City Council Library also allows loans.
Books can also be purchased from the University Bookshop. A 15% discount applies for all purchases of books being read at the Book Club.
Can food be eaten at the Book Club?
Yes, food can be eaten in the Library.
What books have been selected for reading?
Six books for 2013 have been selected by the convenor of the Club, with June and October open to participant's choice.
Suggestions from participants regarding the books for future meetings are welcome and details should be given to the convenor Susan Yates Mob: 0410 878 536.
